Quotation and Payment Terms

               1.           Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices may be subject to change. Any changes to the listed items in the quote may affect individual item prices. Promotions or special offers are only applicable during their specified promotional periods.

               2.           Payment Requirements:

               •             Projects Over AED 9,000: An 80% down payment is required within two working days of quote acceptance. The remaining 20% is due upon project completion, with final sign-off required by the client on the installation day.

               •             Projects Under AED 9,000 and Promotional Offers: 100% payment is required upfront.

               •             Advance Payment Deadline: Payments should be cleared by Wednesday evening before the installation week. Late payments may lead to rescheduling and incur 10 % late fee every 28 days.

               3.           Permit Submission: Required permits must be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation date.

               4.           Cancellations and Rescheduling: Changes to the booking (date, time, etc.) must be requested at least 14 working days in advance to avoid a 25% rescheduling fee.

Site Readiness Requirements

               1.           Site Condition: The project site must be thoroughly cleaned and free of dust, debris, and clutter. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling or a cleaning fee of AED 500 per area if a deep clean is required.

               2.           Exclusive Access: No other contractors may work in the designated area during installation. Surf Wrap is not liable for damage caused by other contractors working on-site.

               3.           DEWA and Temperature Control: A DEWA connection is mandatory, and functional air conditioning is required with property maintained at a maximum of 26°C for 48 hours post-installation.

Post-Installation Terms

               1.           Material Finalization: After quotation approval, no changes can be made to materials, finishes, or the scope of work.

               2.           Warranty and Final Payment: Warranty applies only after full payment clearance. Adjustments, if required, will be addressed within 28 days post-completion, following final payment.

               3.           Photography Consent: Completed projects may be photographed for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

General Guidelines

               •             Cabinet Adjustments: If cabinets require re-alignment, please consult Surf Wrap for an additional quote.

               •             Paint Protection: Surf Wrap takes precautions to protect existing paint, but cannot guarantee damage to areas with improperly adhered paint.

               •             Material Overlap: Certain materials may require joint overlap due to material shrinkage properties.

               •             Separate Installation Days: Flooring and wrapping installations are scheduled separately to ensure quality and minimize crowding.

               •             Client-Approved Choices: Finish and color selections must be approved 48 hours in advance.

               •             Silicone Work: Silicone work is not covered under the Surf Wrap warranty.

               •             Material Reversibility: Surf Wrap’s products are removable, but complete reversibility may be limited.
